What the hell is a G6?

And why does one feel so fly?

Jeezus, I'm getting old.

The first time I heard that song, I wondered what was so fly about a cheese stick...needless to say, my kids won't let me live that one down.

I still don't know what a G6 is, either - but I bet a cheese stick is way more fly. :)

A Pontiac G6...wasn't that what Oprah gave one year to her audience members? No idea. :)

Most probably, the term G6 refers to the model number of an Airplane made by Gulf Stream Jets (the exact name of the jet is a G650, but is shortened in the song). (found online)

Which would then explain, I suppose, why one feels so fly.

These darn kids and their fast cars and their rock and roll music...

I'm 20 years old, I am the demographic that was meant for the song, and it took me three months to find out that a "g6" is a plane... so don't feel old.
