A law I fully applaud

Okay, so I probably should have known this and been on top of it a couple of months ago...
But I just learned in an aggression management class at work that since June, it is now a felony for a patient to assault any health care provider. That's a wonderful deal, because it used to be just doctors, police and firefighters.

Sadly, this is all too pertinent. People just aren't nice all the time, even to those of us that are trying to help them.
